Fiesta Balloons takes no responsibility once the products have been delivered or picked up from our store.  This includes any damaged occurred while product was transported by client.

Refund & Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% Credit Note and will incur in a $50 booking fee. Cancellation made 7 days or less in advance of the event date will incur in a 30% fee  and 70% Credit note to rebook your event. Subject to Availability.

Please note we DO NOT do Cash refunds as we are required to order product and we only book a certain amount of events each day.
